Hey, I'm Stephanie.

Psychology · Technology · Community

Focused on resilience, my work sits at the intersection of human behavior, ambition, and real-world pressure. I connect with people who are capable, committed, and quietly carrying too much. Then we build tools that actually help. I’m direct, human, and evidence-based. I make complex concepts simple without watering them down. We're wicked smart, just exhausted!

"Ambition isn't about saying 'f*ck it' and pushing harder when you're at a breaking point. It's about building the skills to sustain the fire — without burning down the house."

Stephanie High

Three things at once

I refused to pick a lane. That's the point.

The research

Doctoral Candidate in psychology specializing in trauma and community resilience. Master's in Performance Psychology. I read the studies, connected with scholars and academics, and teach from there, combined with my own journey.

The Build

Two decades inside global brands doing marketing and business development, then years implementing tech and operational systems as a business owner. I've been the person rolling out the latest technology and building the automations. It isn't theory to me; this is human behavior.

The Proof

Built a women's community from nothing, with a mission to build modern-day community resilience through community values and connective tissue, grounded in trust. I asked the question: What would it look like if the systems worked, especially under pressure?

The Difference

Stephanie High is what happens when a psychology nerd gets a passport and no interest in doing things the normal way.

She started at Sony corporate at 18, got sent to Tokyo six years later, and stayed in Japan for nearly a decade. When she finally left, she freelanced through Mexico and Belize for a year. Now she's in Spokane, where she finished a Master's in Performance Psychology, started a PhD, and founded a few businesses.

Four countries lived in, 48 more visited. Two dogs who have no idea how impressive any of this is. She's not from Spokane. Spokane got lucky.
